We’re looking for positive, motivated Sales Associates to join our team at The UPS Store locations in Junction City and Springfield!
You’ll be helping customers with shipping, packing, printing, Amazon returns, mailbox services, notary services, and more. We’re looking for someone who can provide exceptional customer service while keeping up with a busy store.
What You’ll Do
- Help customers with shipping and packing
- Assist with printing, copying, scanning and finishing services
- Process Amazon returns and other customer transactions
- Learn and use our POS and shipping systems
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Keep the store organized, clean and ready for customers
- Recommend additional services and products when appropriate
- Learn additional services such as notary, mailbox services and more
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and great customer service skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Comfortable working in a busy, customer-facing environment
- Strong communication skills
- Able to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable with computers and technology
- Cash-handling experience is a plus
- Sales experience is a plus
- Printing/graphic design experience is a plus
- Notary experience or willingness to become a notary is a plus
- Must be available for weekends
