Hiring for a Custom Closet Company. Applicant in Citrus County. Must possess the following:
1. Quality Craftsman - attention to details, can work with wood (closets), can strip
2. Has at least a 10' trailer capable, of taking 8'x4' pallets.
3. Can handle a forklift, to load and unload the pallets of his trailer.
4. Has the necessary tools.
5. Can take very precise measurements and drat up a room/space very precisely.
6. Can troubleshoo an installaion where things are not perfect. e.g. board cut too long/short, missing pieces.
7. Be presentable to the customer, and knows how to talk to a customer to not alert them if something goes wrong.
8. Does not try to circumvent the company and try to sell themselves or their services to the customer.
9. Excited to work with a new company and built up the systems and processes.
Compensation based on quality of work and dependability.
This is a contractor 1099 position, where you must have your own insurance. & Worker's Comp. This can transition to a W-2 position, after 6 months.
