Westport RV Park & Motel is seeking a friendly, hardworking Workamper couple to join our team in Westport, Washington!
We are currently hiring for:
- 1 Guest Services Team Member
- 1 Maintenance Team Member

Guest Services Position
We’re looking for someone who is guest-focused, organized, and enjoys hospitality.
Responsibilities Include:
- Guest check-in/check-out
- Booking reservations for short and long-term stays
- Answering phones and assisting guests
- Ensuring guest payments are completed
- Park compliance and guest support
- Incident response and documentation
- Coordination with corporate office and maintenance team
- Cleaning facilities and common areas
- Providing concierge-style customer service
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer service or hospitality experience
- Reservation system experience
- Property management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Social media experience is a plus
Maintenance Position
We’re looking for someone dependable, hands-on, and experienced in general maintenance and repairs.
Responsibilities Include:
- General RV park maintenance and repairs
- Completing work orders
- Equipment and tool maintenance
- Communicating with office staff, vendors, and teammates
- Supporting upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment
- Managing multiple projects and timelines
Preferred Skills:
- Electrical, plumbing, and construction knowledge
- Drywall, flooring, painting, windows, and doors
- Inventory management
- Problem-solving and leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel between locations if needed
