White Peak Custom Finishes is looking for a motivated Apprentice Painter to join our team for the season. We are looking for someone who is quick to learn, takes pride in their work, shows up with a good attitude, and is accountable.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Apprentice Painter, you will be trained to assist with:
- Interior and exterior painting
- Surface prep (masking, sanding, scraping, caulking, patching, priming)
- Protecting floors, furniture, and jobsite areas
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment
- Helping with setup and cleanup on jobsites
- Learning proper painting techniques and jobsite efficiency
- Supporting lead painters and crew members as needed
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license is preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift ladders, paint, and materials
- Comfortable working on ladders and being active throughout the day
- Construction or painting experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and improve every day

- Full-time hours may be available depending on workload and performance
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
