ACQ Holdings LLC is seeking a full time Loan Processor. ACQ Holdings LLC is a growing company in the lending industry. For this role we are looking for someone with good attention to detail and the ability to problem solve. Ideal candidates should be comfortable with digital communication such as email, chat and file sharing.
At ACQ Holdings, we do very little on paper and primarily operate in digital formats. We have developed our own software database. An overall level of comfort with computers and other software programs is preferred.
Daily activities include:
- Review loan applications and contracts for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with sales to request missing documents or clarify details.
- Identify potential issues and risk within loan applications
- Handle escalated customer account issues and ensure proper resolution.
- Assist in identifying process improvements and contribute to support documentation.
The ideal candidate should have:
- High level attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Multi-tasking in a fast paced enviornment
- Conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to assume additional responsibilities as needed
