This role is ideal for someone who is equally strong in both clinical and administrative responsibilities and takes pride in staying organized, efficient, and patient-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist chairside during a variety of dental procedures
- Take and process dental X-rays (valid X-ray license required)
- Perform iTero scans, capture clinical photos, and assist with digital records
- Accurately complete clinical charting and note-taking
- Support clinical reports and maintain organized patient documentation
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients regarding treatment, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Assist with front desk duties as needed (scheduling, confirmations, patient coordination)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared operatory
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills and fast, accurate typing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
