Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or questions.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Proficiency in construction management software for project scheduling, and documentation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Familiarity with quality control processes in construction projects
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and ability to enforce safety standards on job sites
-Will be expected to self-perform some trades on smaller projects including but not limited to drywall, framing, paint.
-Knowledge and experience in ProCore and Microsoft Project preferred but not required.
