What You’ll Do
As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will:
- Generate Leads: Identify new clients through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct Roof Inspections: Assess properties for storm damage, measure roofing areas, and document the condition of materials.
- Educate Homeowners: Explain our roofing services and the claims process to clients, ensuring they understand their options.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong client connections to drive satisfaction and generate referrals.
- Monitor Sales Performance: Identify market opportunities, track progress, and share updates with the team.
- Solve Problems: Address client concerns to ensure a seamless experience from inspection to installation.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Are a self-starter with a proven track record in sales.
- Excel in communication, negotiation, and organization.
- Have a basic understanding of roofing systems (preferred but not required).
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Have customer service experience (preferred).
- Embrace feedback and are driven by personal and professional growth.

Work Schedule and Locations
- Schedule Options: Full-time, part-time, or contract (20–40 hours/week).
- Shifts: Monday–Friday, with flexible 8-hour shifts.
- Locations: Multiple territories across the Chicagoland area, based out of Saint Charles, IL.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
