Job Summary
As an RN, you’ll be responsible for assessing resident health, developing care plans, and supervising LPNs and CNAs. Your clinical expertise and leadership will help drive high-quality outcomes for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Supervise LPNs and CNAs, providing guidance and oversight
- Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare providers
- Ensure regulatory and clinical compliance
Requirements
- NYS RN license
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Strong leadership, documentation, and communication skills

- This position has an experienced based pay scale of $38.00-$44.00 Hourly
- 3 years or more of experience $44.00 Hourly
- $1.00 Shift Differential for Evenings or Nights
- $1.00 Shift Differential for Weekends
