We are a small CPA firm that is over 40 years old specializing in tax with many trust and real estate clients. You must handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with clients and co-workers. This is not a remote job. Preferred hours would be 10-2 M-F, but we are flexible to other daytime hours
Job duties include,
Managing the flow of incoming documents, maintaining incoming files including scanning paper records or organizing incoming electronic documents.
Accurately inputting data into various software programs.
Paying bills for multiple entities from multiple bank accounts.
Reconcile bank statements in QuickBooks
Prepare Excel spreadsheets as required.
