Duties

- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal stakeholders and external clients using advanced financial reporting software.
- Support real estate analysis by evaluating property valuations, market conditions, and investment viability.
- Collaborate with teams on portfolio management strategies, providing data-driven recommendations for asset allocation.
- Manage research projects related to financial markets, industry trends, and economic indicators impacting investment decisions.
- Lead efforts in financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Supervise junior analysts by providing guidance on financial model development and analysis techniques.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial services regulations, accounting standards, and industry best practices.
