Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both residential and commercial electrical work, with the ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems while ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with NEC standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to ensure proper functionality.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction projects, including frame carpentry tasks as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project updates and electrical solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrician in residential and commercial settings.
- Strong knowledge of NEC regulations and safety practices related to electrical work.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with using testing equipment such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on various projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Electrical certification is required

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
