Duties
- Manage comprehensive human resources functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee orientation, and performance management.
- Oversee benefits administration, payroll processing using systems such as Workday, ADP, or Paychex, and ensure compliance with employment & labor laws like FMLA and OSHA regulations.
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing conflicts effectively and supporting organizational change management initiatives.
- Conduct data collection and entry for HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or PeopleSoft to maintain accurate personnel records.
- Develop and implement training & development programs to enhance employee skills and support succession planning.
- Coordinate with leadership on organization design, affirmative action planning, and workforce management strategies to optimize team performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management practices.
- Familiarity with employment & labor law compliance including FMLA, OSHA standards, and workers' compensation procedures.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across departments and with external partners.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, UltiPro, Kronos, or Ceridian for data entry and reporting purposes.
- Knowledge of benefits administration tools like Paychex or Dayforce and payroll systems including ADP or Paylocity.

Pay: $51,188.34 - $61,646.17 per year
