NW Industrial Staffing is currently seeking General Laborers for a lumber mill in Springfield OR. This is a clean-up/ utility position in a laminated wood products facility.
What we are seeking:
- 2+ years of work experience in a production experience in a manufacturing facility.
- 1+ year of experience in wood manufacturing (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to detail.
- Practice consistent and robust safety policies.
- Great aptitude for learning machinery that is used in wood processing and production.
- Previous experience using skill saws, hand, and power tools.
- Can stand, stoop, bend, push and pull for an 8-to-10-hour shift.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. to 75 lbs. on a semi-consistent basis.
- Have great work ethic, attendance, and punctuality.
- Work as part of a diverse team.
JOB DETAILS:
- Location: Springfield, OR
- Shift: Swing
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Hours: 4:30pm-1:00 a.m.
- due to weather heat the hours for the next two weeks are {6:00 p.m. - 2:30 a.m.}
- Pay Rate: $23.53/h
