Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, menu planning, and kitchen management to ensure high-quality dining experiences for our guests.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain innovative menus that meet quality standards
- Oversee food production processes to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Manage inventory levels and control food costs
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to plan special events and promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef for large-scale events, serving up to 1,000 guests
- Strong knowledge of food production, inventory management, and food service operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
- Certification in food handling and sanitation practices
