Job Summary
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Sales Relief Rep ensures the continuation of outstanding service in the absence of our dedicated sales reps. You will cover personal days and vacations, assist with various merchandising tasks, and maintain the highest standards of merchandising and rotation in the markets you cover.
II. DUTIES
A. Cover sales rep vacation routes as required throughout the year, coordinating with SEC to ensure adequate coverage.
B. Become familiar with all sales routes within Classic Brands Chillicothe’s footprint, and be able to independently run each route in its entirety.
C. Communicate with sales reps and team leaders before covering routes to ensure consistent execution of company priorities and deliverables in their absence.
D. Maintain outstanding sales, merchandising, and rotation standards any time you are in-market.
E. When not covering vacation routes, assist with miscellaneous sales/merchandising tasks as requested by Sales Manager, SEC, KAM, or Team Leaders.
F. Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle, and turn in all fuel receipts to Ops Manager.
G. Perform any other duties as required by management.
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
