We are looking an Assistant Production Manager with 3–5 years of automotive manufacturing experience and strong production/supervisory leadership skills.
Responsible for supporting safety, quality, productivity, labor and equipment utilization, while coordinating with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, HR, and other departments.
Key Duties Include
Production floor supervision, employee coaching and development, production reporting, downtime management, training, performance improvement, new model launches, and compliance with IATF, ISO 14001, customer, and company requirements.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
