What You’ll Do
As our Superintendent, you will oversee every phase of construction from groundbreaking through final completion while ensuring each home reflects the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead all on site construction activities from start to finish
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Maintain project schedules and proactively solve challenges before they become problems
- Ensure exceptional workmanship that exceeds client expectations
- Read and interpret architectural plans, engineering documents, and design details
- Collaborate closely with our design team to protect the original vision throughout construction
- Conduct quality control inspections at every phase
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site
- Communicate regularly with clients, architects, designers, and company leadership
- Build long term relationships with trusted trade partners
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
- 10+ years of residential construction experience, preferably in custom or luxury homes
- Strong understanding of architecture, interior design, and high end finishes
- Skilled in sequencing construction and coordinating multiple trades
- Calm under pressure with excellent problem solving abilities
- A natural leader who earns respect through honesty and accountability
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Comfortable working directly with discerning clients
- Passionate about building homes that stand the test of time
- Willing to travel as projects require

Work Schedule
This position typically requires 50 to 60 hours per week. Some travel is required depending on project locations. We believe in working hard, supporting one another, and delivering an exceptional experience for every client.
