HomeTown Clean is looking for a couple of friendly, reliable people to help us connect with local businesses for office cleaning.
This is a flexible, remote, work from home job. We're a highly-rated residential and commercial cleaning company, quickly expanding across the Midwest. Part-time to full-time spots are available.
You'll call local businesses, find who handles their cleaning, and set a time for our sales team to visit for a walkthrough. Our marketing gurus provide you with fresh leads weekly. You book the appointment, get paid, and your team handles the rest!
What You'll Do:
Call local offices from a list we give you (dental, medical, wellness, professional offices).
Ask a few simple questions and find out who makes the decision.
Book the walkthrough on our shared team calendar.
What We're Looking For:
You genuinely like talking to people on the phone.
You are friendly, easy to understand, and fun to talk with!
Comfortable with computers and quick to pick up new apps. You'll be using our scheduling software and phone system daily, and we'll train you, but you should be someone who finds tech easy, not frustrating.
You're okay being told no and calling the next number.
Reliable, organized, and you do what you say you'll do.
A computer, internet, and a quiet place to work.
Available during normal business hours.
No cleaning experience needed. No sales background needed. If you're comfortable on the phone and you like the idea of getting paid for results, this is a great fit.

We're hiring for the Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Dayton markets. You must live in SW Ohio or the Tri-State area. You can work from home, but knowing the area is a must.
