- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and recommend needed services
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Automotive knowledge or previous Service Advisor experience is preferred
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
- No earning limit — your income is based on your performance.

Compensación:
- Salario base competitivo más comisiones sin límite.
- Tu potencial de ingresos depende de tu desempeño.
