What You’ll Do:

Support legal teams with document production, records management, and court-related workflows.

Operate and troubleshoot high-volume print/copy equipment.

Manage confidential, time-sensitive materials with accuracy and care.

Provide exceptional service to attorneys, paralegals, and firm leadership.

Assist with mail, scanning, shipping, billing logs, and onsite coordination.
What You Bring:

High school diploma or GED + 1 year of relevant experience.

Strong customer-service mindset and attention to detail.

Comfort with MS Office and office technology.

Ability to stay organized, flexible, and calm under deadlines.
Experience in legal or copy services is a plus.
