We are looking for a hygienist that is available 2 days per week at our north Spokane location. This job is very flexible, you pick your day and hours! We welcome new grads to apply. Responsibilities:
- Completes dental cleanings (including scaling & root planing), x-rays, perio charting, anesthetizing, sterilization, health histories, vital signs, as well as patient charting.
- Assesses patients' oral health conditions and educates them on proper oral health instructions.
- Compliant with HIPPA laws, infection control regulations, and following procedures that help sustain a safe and clean work environment.
- Must be CPR certified and have a current Washington state dental hygiene license.
- Ensures patients feel as comfortable as possible before their examination
- Identify conditions like gingivitis, caries or periodontitis
Skills:
- Must work well with others in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent patient communication and work ethics.
- Punctuality is a must.
