What You’ll Do
As a Family Support / In-Home Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide individualized, person-centered support to children and adults in their homes and community settings. Services are guided by each individual’s Person-Centered Individualized Support Plan (PCISP) and focus on building independence, daily living skills, and community integration.
Your Impact

Provide in-home, one-on-one support tailored to individual goals

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as hygiene, meals, and routines

Support skill development including communication, socialization, and independence

Implement behavior support strategies as outlined in plans

Encourage positive behavior, engagement, and routine structure

Facilitate community involvement (appointments, outings, activities)

Ensure health, safety, and supervision at all times

Document services in compliance with Medicaid waiver requirements

Collaborate with families and care teams to provide consistent support
What We’re Looking For

Compassionate and dependable individuals

High school diploma or GED preferred

Experience in caregiving or human services preferred

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to pass background screening

Strong communication and documentation skills

Ability to complete required training (including MedCore if applicable)
