About the Role:
Join LM Federal Credit Union as a Member Service Representative and be the first point of contact for our valued members! In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional service and support, helping our members achieve their financial goals while fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Work schedule is Monday through Fridays until 5:00 or 6:00 pm. No weekends. See below for benefits, which include paid federal holidays
Responsibilities:
- Assist members with account inquiries, cash & check transactions, telephone inquiries and product offerings.
- Resolve member issues and concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Promote and educate members on digital banking services and tools.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of member interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and regulations.
- Uphold the credit union’s values and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Significant cash handling experience required
- Previous experience in customer service or financial services required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and banking software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Must be able to pass a background and credit check and comply with credit union policies.
