Position Overview
We are seeking energetic and reliable Food Preparation Crew Members to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, value teamwork, and take pride in preparing fresh and delicious food.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily food preparation, including cutting, marinating, and portioning ingredients.
- Prepare and assemble shawarma, falafel, hummus bowls, salads, and wraps according to Icon Mediterranean standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the prep area, kitchen, and service line.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards (proper storage, labeling, and handling).
- Support the team with restocking, dishwashing, and other kitchen duties as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food prep or restaurant kitchens is a plus (but not required—we train!).
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be a team player and reliable.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
