What You'll Do
- Create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for children.
- Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development.
- Support a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom environment.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Assist with or lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, depending on role.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and company standards.
- What We're Looking For
- At least 18 years of age.
- Experience working with children in a childcare, preschool, or classroom setting.
- Experience creating lesson plans and leading a classroom (preferred for Lead Teacher roles).
- Ability to meet state education and childcare licensing requirements.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors and actively engage with children throughout the day.
- Energetic, dependable, and passionate about early childhood education.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay $1541-17.99 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
