We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaner to join our facilities maintenance team at The Children's Lung, Asthma and Sleep Specialists. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Handle chemical agents safely by following proper procedures for storage, mixing, and disposal to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct routine sanitation tasks such as trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold health standards.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities, including heavy lifting and manual handling practices to prevent injuries.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, supplies inventory, and safety procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Skills
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling safety procedures and sanitation practices.
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and steam cleaners efficiently.
