What you’ll do
- Run the day: Lead and supervise daily site operations; spend ~80% of your time on the lot modeling standards and solving problems with your team.
- Coach & manage: Train, schedule, and conduct performance reviews; give real-time feedback and hold high standards.
- Drive results: Lead and manage sales team to meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly membership sales goals. Monitor KPIs, vehicle throughput, and workflow to reduce wait times and elevate guest experience.
- Own site readiness: Keep equipment, tunnel, vacuums, pay stations, and grounds clean, safe, and operating smoothly; complete opening/closing and daily/weekly checklists.
- Delight guests: Be the “mayor” of your location—greet by name, resolve issues promptly, and ensure every visit feels personal.
- Safety & compliance: Enforce safety protocols; identify hazards and partner with leadership on solutions.
- Admin & reporting: Manage inventory, cash/security, and damage claims; prepare/interpret ops reports and performance metrics.
- Pitch in as needed: Tackle basic tech and light maintenance tasks to keep the operation moving.
What you’ll bring
- Leadership chops: Ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable with clear, consistent communication.
- Service mindset: Customer-first, goal-oriented, and calm under pressure.
- Bias for action: Gritty, humble, curious, and process driven; strong follow-through, organization and personal responsibility.
- Helpful experience: 2–4 years in a management role (service/retail/hospitality/automotive preferred).
- Tools & tech: Basic computer literacy
- License: Valid driver’s license.
Physical & work requirements
- Work outdoors in all weather; stand, walk, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Thrive in a high-activity, hands-on environment.

Our expectation is that you’ll be a Certified Location Manager within 6 months of joining.
Compensation Breakdown:
- $55,000 starting salary
- Bonus’ & Commissions worth between $5,000 - $15,000 per year
