Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

Prepare and process high-volume journal entries (100–200 monthly)

Analyze and review transactional data for accuracy and completeness

Partner with internal teams to gather and validate financial information
-
Support month-end close activities and journal entry workflows
-
Learn and execute established accounting processes and procedures

Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

Associate’s degree in Accounting required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

3+ years of accounting (transactional journal entry experience)
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate functions)

Experience with financial systems (Workday a plus)
