Position: Pool Cleaner

We have openings for Pool Cleaners (Weekly Service Cleaner) to drive the company's success by working as part of our team to provide a wide range of services to residential pool owners.
Routine Service duties:
- Demonstrates courtesy, respect, friendliness, reliability, and professionalism always.
- Maintain relationships with customers by performing routine maintenance on their backyard pools
- Accurately document services performed using resources and technology provided.
- Be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, appropriately stocked company vehicle.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate and proper levels of inventory on the vehicle.
- Adhere to Watercrafters company policies and procedures
- Perform other projects and duties as required/assigned.
- Clean customers yard after service has been provided – bring trash back to throw away.
- Use Deck-vac and Power-vac System to clean pool
- Backwash/clean filter-Identify and Operate basic components of the filtration system
- Learn to Evaluate and rebuild filter grid assemblies & Perform grid and cartridge cleanings
- Assist in performing basic pool openings & Assist in performing basic winterizations when needed
- Become fluent in water chemistry and chemical maintenance
Reliability:
· Work is performed outdoors in all types of weather. Come prepared to face all conditions.
· Consistent and dependable Attendance is a must
Qualifications
- Ability to travel locally and spend 90% of the time outside performing fieldwork.
- Have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Basic math skills
- Have good mechanical and problem-solving skills.
- Have a positive disposition and professional appearance.
- Be mechanically inclined
- Have EXCELLENT customer service skills.
- Pass a background check
- Have basic work tools such as Phillips & Flat heads of various sizes, large channel locks, wrenches, rubber mallet
- Good computer skills
- Good to have some experience being or working around swimming pools
Watercrafters is committed to continuing education and provides extensive industry training to all its staff. All team members, regardless of experience, are expected to participate in continuing education opportunities offered at Watercrafters.
Full-time positions are available. Weekend hours are required during the busy Spring and Fall.
Opportunity to for over-time during our busy season. Payday is every other Friday. Overtime is paid after 40 hours per week.
