About the Role
This position at Orthopaedic Associates supports Level I Office Surgery procedures within our outpatient orthopedic and pain management setting. We are seeking an experienced RN or LPN with a strong background in Orthopedics and Pain Management to join our growing in‑office surgical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Circulate orthopedic and pain management procedures.
- Complete pre‑op, intra‑op, and post‑op assessments.
- Ensure proper room setup, equipment checks, and C‑Arm support.
- Maintain compliance with infection control, OSHA, and state regulations.
- Document all procedural activity in the EMR.
- Assist with room turnover, restocking, and daily logs.
- Collaborate with surgeons, APPs, and clinical leadership.
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN or PLN license.
- Current BLS & ACLS (AHA preferred).
- Knowledge of sterile technique and orthopedic workflow.
- C‑Arm procedure experience preferred.
- EMR experience preferred: Athena.
