Vascular Solutions is one of the companies within the Rao Clinic structure. We are located in Cary, North Carolina and we are looking for passionate, outgoing individuals to join us as we continue to expand our footprint across North Carolina.
We are an independently owned Vascular Clinic. We are innovating solutions for osteoarthritis pain in the joints such as the knee, shoulder, ankle and thumb; as well as our well known arterial and venous studies and procedures.
This Front Desk position will put you at the front of our team. You will be the first face our patients see and interact with. We strive to create a welcoming environment and create an easy check in and out process for our patients.
- This is a full-time Monday-Friday position
- We are a fast paced office that encompasses Ultrasound, Clinic, and Wound Care. We are seeking a candidate that can flourish with these conditions.

What This Role Includes
- Greeting and checking in patients.
- Answer phones and route calls to the appropriate department for assistance if not able to address.
- Collect copays/balances and verify insurance information.
- Schedule and reschedule appointments based on the need.
- Verify and update patient information in EMR system.
Candidates should preferably have a least two year of Medical Front Desk experience.
