Overview
Capture Fitness is seeking a licensed, motivated, and entrepreneurial Physical Therapist to establish or grow their private practice within our fitness facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values autonomy while working alongside a community focused on health, fitness, performance, and wellness.
As an independent provider, you will lease treatment space within Capture Fitness, manage your own practice, and have the opportunity to collaborate with fitness professionals to help clients achieve their rehabilitation and performance goals.
Responsibilities
-Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, sports, and musculoskeletal conditions.
-Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice.
-Educate patients on injury prevention, movement quality, and long-term wellness.
-Communicate professionally with clients and, when appropriate, referring providers.
-Maintain accurate and compliant patient documentation.
Manage your own scheduling, billing, insurance (if applicable), and business operations.
-Maintain an organized, clean, and professional treatment area.
-Collaborate with fitness professionals to support client outcomes while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Qualifications
-Current Physical Therapist license in good standing.
-Current liability insurance.
-CPR certification.
-Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills preferred.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and manage a private practice.
-Experience with sports rehabilitation, active adults, or strength and conditioning is a plus.

Your Practice, Your Business
This is a space rental opportunity—not an employment position. The Physical Therapist operates as an independent business owner and is responsible for:
- Setting treatment rates.
- Scheduling clients.
- Managing billing and collections.
- Maintaining required licensure and insurance.
- Marketing their services, with opportunities to collaborate on promotional efforts with Capture Fitness.

Pay: From $100.00 per hour
