We install and service beverage dispensing equipment in commercial foodservice establishments. We specialize in retail coffee, tea, soda, and juice.
We presently have an opening for a for someone to work hybrid as a Beverage Dispenser Technician. A qualified candidate will possess experience as a Beverage Dispense Technician.
Key Responsibilities
You will drive to complete service calls and installations at assigned stores as well as refurbish equipment in a workshop. Install beverage lines, refrigeration decks, cleaning system, BIB racks, dispenser, and gas equipment. Test, calibrate, troubleshoot, and document work completion with appropriate documentation and pictures.
Strong communication and customer service skills are a must. Applicant should also be comfortable using tablet based POS software to conduct transactions.
Skills and Qualifications
As a Beverage Dispenser Technician, applicant will be required to have and demonstrate:
- A general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical and HVAC principles.
- A basic understanding of the use of common hand and power tools.
- The ability to climb and work on a ladder in ceilings and on top of walk-in coolers.
- The ability to lift 50lbs solo or while assisting team members.
- Physical stamina when standing or kneeling for extended periods of time.
- The ability to travel 50-100% if assigned.
- The ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks, timely.
- Good communication skills when coordinating with team members and customers.
- Willingness to train on company-specific technical equipment and software.
- Problem-solving skills to handle repairs and equipment issues during installations and return service calls.
- The ability to pass a background check, a valid driver license, and reliable transportation.

Pay: $34.00 per hour
Schedule:

- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Required)
- Experience installing soda guns and bar equipment highly preferred

- Analyze and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to determine necessary repairs.
- Properly run and connect bundled beverage tubing.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate measurements and quality control.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and components.
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC/R systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Operate a forklift safely.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Skills
- Proficient in using fork lifts and other industrial equipment safely.
- Strong command of the English language for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments for accurate assessments.
- Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of beverage installation techniques.
- Ability to read and analyze schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- Strong background in industrial maintenance practices, particularly in HVAC/R systems.
