About the job:
The production spot welder is responsible for the safe and efficient welding operations as necessary to support the day-to-day manufacture of product in a manner that will meet the company goals for operational safety, quality and schedule within design specifications and the efficient flow of material through the welding process.
Some additional responsibilities include:

Operate Spot welding equipment to perform welding operations within design specifications.

MIG weld per design specifications.

Work safely, follow established safety policies and procedures, report all safety concerns.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Assist the team in other areas of production as needed.

Prompt regular attendance is required.

Do you have 3 or more years of experience in production welding?

Do you have experience in spot welding?

Do you have experience MIG welding?

Do you take pride in the efficiency and quality of your work?

Do you enjoy process improvement projects? If so, will you lead?
