Position Summary
As a Crew Member, you will work alongside experienced field crews on a variety of construction and utility projects including underground utilities, fiber installation, excavation, site preparation, and infrastructure development. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to grow with a company that invests in its people.
What You’ll Do
· Assist with construction, excavation, and utility installation projects
· Operate hand tools and assist with equipment setup and cleanup
· Support crews with trenching, site preparation, and material handling
· Follow all company safety procedures and jobsite protocols
· Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally
· Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic on every jobsite
· Represent Elexco with professionalism and respect in the field
What We’re Looking For
· Strong work ethic and reliability
· Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
· Willingness to learn and grow within the company
· Team-oriented mindset
· Construction or utility experience is helpful but not required
· Valid driver’s license preferred
· CDL is a plus
