Russell Landscape is seeking a dependable and skilled Enhancement Crew Member to assist with the installation of landscape enhancement projects for our commercial clients. This role is ideal for a motivated, hands-on team player with landscape installation experience and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with landscape enhancement installations including planting, mulching, seasonal color, sod installation, and small hardscape projects.

Follow site plans and supervisor instructions to ensure work is completed to specifications.

Perform physical labor tasks efficiently and safely on active jobsites.

Operate landscape equipment and hand tools safely and properly.

Load, unload, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.

Communicate with crew leaders or supervisors regarding progress or issues.

Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

1–3 years of landscape installation or enhancement experience preferred.

Basic knowledge of plant material and installation techniques.

Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.

Experience operating landscape equipment and power tools is a plus.

Valid driver’s license preferred.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and performing physical tasks for extended periods.

Ability to stand, bend, walk, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
