We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Analyst to serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external service providers. This role is responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, supporting technology initiatives, analyzing business processes, monitoring IT service performance, and driving continuous improvement across enterprise applications and services.
The ideal candidate is a technically savvy, proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. This individual will play a critical role in translating business needs into technology solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and service delivery standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- 7–9 years of experience as an IT Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role
- Experience gathering, documenting, validating, and managing business and functional requirements
- Experience supporting enterprise IT projects across multiple business functions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and managed service providers
- Experience working within metrics-driven environments focused on continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of business processes, application integration, and enterprise technology environments
- Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and management skills
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of technology domains, enterprise applications, and system integrations
- Working knowledge of contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and vendor management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience creating reports, presentations, diagrams, process flows, and user stories
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

- Ensure IT solutions align with business objectives and customer expectations
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of supported applications, business processes, system architecture, and integration points
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical and business issues
- Assess business impacts of IT risks and service interruptions and coordinate timely resolution
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
