Position Summary:
The Security Officer Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all security operations at designated client account. This includes ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, maintaining client satisfaction, and implementing site-specific security protocols. The role requires leadership, customer service, and operational excellence to ensure a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:Operational Oversight:
- Manage day-to-day security operations at assigned client site.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to company and client standards.
- Monitor incident reports, investigations, and emergency responses.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client.
- Regularly meet with client to review performance, address concerns, and maintain satisfaction.
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met or exceeded.
- Provide timely incident reports and operational updates to client.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Review and revise post orders and security procedures as needed.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency personnel as necessary.
Administrative Duties:
- Prepare and maintain schedule, payroll, and reports.
- Track budget and expenses related to site operations.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and operational plans.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security management, law enforcement, or military service.
- Prior experience managing teams and client relationships.
- Valid security officer license (where required by state law).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical ability to conduct site walkthroughs, patrols, and respond to incidents.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
- Prior experience working with contract security firms or managing multi-site operations.
- Knowledge of electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, etc.).
Work Environment:
- Combination of office setting and on-site presence at client location.
- May require prolonged standing and walking during site inspections.
- On-call availability for emergencies or critical incidents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
