We’re looking for a Sanitation Supervisor to join our team and lead sanitation operations across our food manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with your team to ensure our production areas and equipment meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and train the sanitation crew to meet SSOP, HACCP, FDA, and GMP standards
- Oversee daily cleaning and sanitizing of production, packaging, and storage areas
- Disassemble, sanitize, and reassemble production equipment
- Conduct daily facility inspections and ensure readiness for production
- Maintain and update the Master Sanitation Schedule
- Prepare for and participate in third-party and regulatory audits
- Coach team members and hold them accountable to sanitation standards
- Ensure proper chemical dilution and safe handling of cleaning agents
- Promote a culture of safety and cleanliness across the facility
- Support environmental and ATP swabbing procedures
- Document and report any food safety or sanitation concerns
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of sanitation experience in the food production industry
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Knowledge of sanitation chemicals, tools, and equipment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working in hot, cold, wet, and loud environments
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
- Flexible schedule availability (nights, weekends, overtime)
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk, climb stairs, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Good vision (with or without corrective lenses) and ability to differentiate colors
- Comfortable working in various temperature zones (hot, cold, wet)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $64,400.00 - $70,800.00 per year
