Responsibilities:
- Respond to warm, inbound inquiries from families requesting financial protection and life insurance coverage.
- Conduct professional consultations (virtually or in-person) to assess client needs and budget.
- Deliver exceptional customer support and maintain high relationship standards.
- Participate actively in weekly training cohorts and mentorship sessions to scale your business.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- A strong, self-motivated work ethic and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Degree in business, education, customer service, or management is a plus but not required).
- Licensing: Must currently hold a State Life Insurance License, OR be willing to complete a pre-licensing course and pass the state exam (we provide guidance on how to obtain this quickly).
