Monelli's Italian Grill & Sports Bar is looking for full time Bartenders/Servers. We're a play hard, work harder kind of group who is looking for the best! You should like a louder, fast paced, high energy environment and be hospitable even in the face of the most difficult guest.
Must haves:
- At least 2 years of Bartending experience in a High Volume Restaurant
- Excellent Communication Skills (verbal/oral/listening)
- Craft Beer Knowledge is a plus
- Must be able to handle stress and not allow it to impact thinking or attitude
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods of time
- Hard Working
- Dependable
- Reliable Transportation
- Passion for the integrity of product, from production process to final execution
