Ventura Custom Homes is currently looking for a Superintendent who has experience in coordinating and directing job site activities; including review of architectural and engineering plans, details, and specifications; experience with shop drawings compliance to job conditions and contract documents; dealing directly with architects, engineers, designers and sub-contractors on verification of cost control measures and elevations; strict adherence to OSHA compliance and job safety.
The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in Construction Technology preferred: a minimum of 10 years’ experience as a superintendent with a strong client focus, high reputation for quality, professional appearance and manner; highly organized and detailed.
