We are a busy and growing professional beauty distribution company seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service Team.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online channels
- Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist salon professionals with product inquiries, pricing, and order status
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain customer accounts and update information as needed
- Work closely with sales representatives and warehouse staff to ensure excellent service
- Perform general administrative and office duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Experience in the beauty industry is a plus, but not required
