Property Management is looking for regional manager who can oversee the operations of multiple properties within a designated area, ensuring profitability, compliance, and tenant satisfaction. We are looking Regional Manager for around 350 Units with in the area with 3 hours distance from one other.
Responsibilities
- oversee and guide property managers, site managers, and other staff, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- develop and monitor property budgets, analyse financial performance, and identify opportunities to optimize revenue and reduce expenses.
- oversee marketing efforts, including advertising, tenant screening, and lease negotiations, to maximize occupancy and rental income
- identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and improvement, developing and implement long-term strategies to enhance property performance.
- generate reports on property performance, analyse financial data, and make recommendations to improve operations
- Additional duties may apply.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a regional capacity or similar position.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies and project management principles.
- Solid understanding of profit loss management and financial analysis.
- Exceptional sales acumen with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to travel as required within the region.
