- Balance and fall-risk assessment technology

Because our clinic is PT privately owned and operated, clinical decision-making is driven by patient outcomes—not corporate productivity metrics.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations utilizing evidence-based examination techniques and clinical reasoning.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals, diagnosis, and functional needs.
- Provide one-on-one, 60-minute treatment sessions with direct patient care throughout the entire episode of care.
- Evaluate and treat patients with a diverse caseload including neurological conditions, balance and fall-risk disorders, vestibular dysfunction, orthopedic injuries, and sports-related conditions.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding diagnoses, treatment progression, injury prevention, wellness strategies, and individualized home exercise programs.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation using Prompt EMR and integrated AI documentation tools.
- Participate in continuing education and pursue professional development opportunities to expand specialty clinical skills.
- Contribute to the growth and advancement of the clinic through quality patient care, innovation, and a commitment to clinical excellence.
Requirements
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems for documentation and care coordination.
- Ability to perform discharge planning effectively while working with diverse patient populations including geriatric patients.
- Excellent communication skills to educate patients about their treatment plans and progress

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
