Great Wall is looking for 2 experienced Restaurant Cashiers to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, responsible, friendly, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Schedule
● Morning Shift: 10:50 AM – 4:00 PM
● Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – Closing
● Closing time is generally around 10:00 PM
● Friday & Saturday closing is around 10:30 PM
● Morning and evening availability may vary depending on the schedule
Job Responsibilities
● Greet and assist walk-in customers
● Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately
● Handle takeout, online, and delivery orders
● Operate the POS system and process cash and credit card payments
● Pack and organize takeout and delivery orders
● Check all orders for accuracy before handing them to customers or delivery drivers
● Use the fryer as needed (training will be provided)
● Keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift
● Assist with other restaurant duties as needed
Requirements
● Previous restaurant cashier experience is required
● Must have experience using a POS system
● Must be comfortable handling cash and credit card payments
● Must be able to answer phones and take orders accurately
● Must be willing to learn and assist with fryer duties
● Must be able to pack takeout and delivery orders accurately and efficiently
● Must be reliable and report to work on time for all scheduled shifts
● Able to multitask and work efficiently during busy periods
● Good communication and customer service skills
● Must be willing to complete cleaning and light food preparation as part of the job
