CoverageX writes vehicle service contracts and home protection plans on a month-to-month book, meaning every customer can cancel anytime. What You’ll Do
- Turn cancellations around: Take incoming calls, uncover the real underlying issue, solve the problem, and retain the customer.
- Master objection handling: Navigate tough conversations with confidence and present the right solution at the perfect moment.
- Manage escalations: Work proactively with at-risk accounts to find win-win outcomes.
- Drive clean results: Hit reliable save-rate targets built on transparent metrics. Your performance is tracked accurately, so your wins are entirely yours.
- Sharpen your skills: Participate in weekly call reviews and objection practice with a leadership team that still works the phones alongside you.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in retention, save-desk, sales, or collections—anywhere you successfully kept customers from walking.
- Thick skin, a quick mind, and genuine empathy—you stay cool and professional when a caller runs hot.
- A personal five-star standard—tone, clarity, and respect matter to you.
- A hunger for performance pay—you want your paycheck to match your hustle.
- Comfort navigating CRM/ticketing systems and tracking your performance metrics.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus.
Pay & Commission
- Guaranteed Base Pay: $22.00/hour.
- Uncapped Commission: On top of your hourly pay, you earn a lucrative commission (save bonus) for every single account you retain. Commission is paid out weekly, so your hustle shows up on your very next check.
