About Brandywine Insights
Brandywine Insights is an international corporate advisory firm and operator network made up of over 70 veteran executives, former C-suite leaders, and technical specialists across 30 countries. We focus on the lower middle-market, providing hands-on fractional CFO oversight, corporate restructuring, and technical due diligence to companies navigating complex growth phases or cross-border transitions.
Unlike traditional consulting firms, our operators embed directly inside target client operations to optimize supply chains, stabilize margins, and build the institutional governance necessary for private investment.
The Partnership Framework
When our portfolio companies complete operational stabilization, targeted capital injection is frequently required to execute their next phase of growth. We are expanding our global network of independent Capital Markets Partners and placement agents who can connect these pre-vetted, operationally managed corporate mandates with private wealth allocators and institutional funds.
This functions strictly as a peer-to-peer, principal-level partnership. It is structured for established corporate finance practitioners, boutique investment bankers, or family office advisors who maintain their own independent practices or broker-dealer alignments. The platform allows you to plug high-quality, institutional-ready deal flow into your existing investor network without adding internal back-office overhead.
Platform Integration & Key Benefits
- Pre-Vetted Mandates: Direct alignment with our internal pipeline of lower middle-market corporate mandates seeking capital raises, typically ranging from $5M to $20M.
- Sanitized Financials: Access target opportunities that have already undergone months of financial sanitization, accounting oversight, and operational risk mitigation by our internal CFO partners. You step in when the client's books and operations are ready to be underwritten.
- Bidirectional Fee Generation: Pull our global specialist pool into your existing client accounts to resolve operational, legal, or supply chain bottlenecks—protecting your client accounts while unlocking secondary advisory revenue.
Partner Prerequisites
- Track Record: Senior-level experience (typically 10+ years) in middle-market investment banking, private equity, placement agent groups, or family office advisory.
- Investor Access: Direct, active relationships with Single-Family Offices, Multi-Family Offices, or Qualified Purchasers seeking cross-border middle-market allocations.
- Regulatory Autonomy: Full capability to manage investor relationships independently, ensuring strict compliance with the regulatory frameworks, licensing requirements, and placement rules (such as SEC/FINRA) of your operating jurisdiction.
Next Steps
