We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Car Wash Manager to oversee daily operations, increase membership sales, and develop a successful team.
The Car Wash Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Car Wash, ensuring outstanding service quality, strong sales results, and an engaged, productive team.
This position is ideal for a leader who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has a passion for both operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Oversee the daily operation of the car wash facility

Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule wash attendants

Increase unlimited membership sales and improve member retention

Ensure equipment is operating properly and the facility remains clean

Deliver efficient, high-quality wash services

Monitor labor, chemical usage, and operating expenses

Handle customer concerns in a professional and timely manner

Enforce company policies and maintain a safe working environment

Previous experience managing a car wash operation
